Sirsa raises money from Capza, Raise Impact and Andera Partners

Sirsa, a Paris, France-based SAAS developer of a financial ESG measurement platform, announced that it entered into an investment agreement for raising capital.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made for raising capital from the French investors CAPZA, together with RAISE Impact and Andera Partners. The three will control a minority equity share while the management will control the rest.

Sirsa, founded in 2014 by Yannick Grandjean, and joined in 2015 by Claire Naulleau-Sauvêtre, developed a SAAS platform used for measuring companies’ extra-financial footprint and impacts. The tool is in use by corporates and financial companies in measuring their (positive and negative) extra-financial impacts.

Based on the simple assumption that measurement and monitoring engage action, Sirsa has developed the Reporting 21 SaaS platform, which it sees as a technological tool contributing to facilitate transformation.
