Skyresponse secures SEK 9M from a group of strategic investors

Skyresponse, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a cloud-based solutions platform for management of alarms, announced raising SEK 9M ($1M) from a group of strategic investors.

The group, led by Thomas Ivarson, also include Lars Wahlström, Fredrik Adolfsson, Louis Hedberg and Jorma Mobrin and are all part of the company's Board of Directors.

The increase in capital will support the continued growth of the company and its intended international expansion in the IoT market.

Skyresponse, founded in 2007 as Skygd AB and led by CEO Martin Reidevall, is a leading supplier of solutions for distribution and management of alarms and events generated by connected devices. The company, which has offices in Stockholm and Luleå, has developed a cloud-based solution for alarm and event handling, and, according to the company, it constitutes a critical and fundamental part in different various IoT applications.
