Sobro has acquired the majority shareholding in Byggdialog.

Byggdialog, a Karlstad, Sweden-based construction company, announced that Swedish investment company Sobro has acquired 70 percent of the shares in the company.

The deal was made with the current owners of Byggdialog, Anna Rhodin, Dan Fallqvist, Göran Larsson, and Jörgen Sundhäll.

Following the deal, Sobro will control 70% of the company. Existing shareholders Dan Fallqvist and Göran Larsson will make their exit, Anna Rhodin and Jörgen Sundhäll will continue as owners with 30% of the company and operational executives.
