Söderberg & Partners merges operations with Wassum
Söderberg & Partners, a Stockholm, Sweden-based financial services advisor, announced that it merged operations with Wassum, also based in Stockholm and providing investment advice services as well as reporting and fund brokerage services.
The merger, whoch has financial specifics undisclosed, aims that Wassum/Söderberg & Partners Institutional Advisors will be one of Northern Europe’s largest actors within fund management and institutional advisory services.
Wassum, founded in 1996 and led by CEO Jan Bernhard Waage, provides investment sourcing services, namely investment Pooling - buy and sell mutual funds easier, safer and cheaper - as well as investment Consulting.
Söderberg & Partners, founded in 2004 and led by CEO Gustaf Rentzhog, advises companies and individuals on how to invest their pension savings. The company is a non-bank provider of wealth management and corporate pension and insurance services in the Nordic region and the Netherlands, and has around 2,000 employees based in more than 100 offices.
