Sortera Group acquires DT Recycling from Malmö.

Sortera Group, a Ystad, Sweden-based company specialized in construction/waste disposal in Sweden, announced getting into an agreement with DT Recycling AB for acquiring 100% of its shares. 

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

DT Recycling was founded in 2010, is based in Malmö, Sweden and led by CEO Fredrik Tell. The company is an independent player in the recycling market in southern Sweden that supplies downstream solutions to waste producers. The company offers a comprehensive solution for recycling and waste management and operates both in Scandinavia and in other parts of Europe. The company has 12 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 110 million in 2017.

Sortera Group, led by CEO Conny Ryk, is an environmental company, which through its 3 business areas (Recycling, Industry and Trading) is the leading and most specialized player in construction/waste disposal in Sweden. The company has approximately 235 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 700 million pro forma 2017.

Sortera is owned by Summa Equity, which acquired it in 2016.
