Soundtrack Your Brand announced series D led by Rokk3r.

Soundtrack Your Brand, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of music licensing for businesses, announced closing in a new capital investment round.

The funding was backed by US-investor Rokk3r, which announced its share contribution in Q4 2019 for controlling 37% of the company. Existing investors such as Spotify, Northzone, Telia, Balderton and Creandum, dilluted their ownershp. 

Soundtrack Your Brand, founded as a joint venture between Spotify and founders Andreas Liffgarden, Joel Broms Brosjö, Ola Sars (CEO), started as the exclusive provider of Spotify Business and Spotify Enterprise, connecting brands and fans by setting up a music streaming platform, licensed for commercial and public spaces. The company is active in 70 markets worldwide and boasts a catalog of 50 million tracks.

Prior to this round, Soundtrack Your Brand raised more than $40 million.
