Spiff closed in a NOK 3.5M funding round in a crowdfunding campaign.

Spiff, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing a mobile app helping consumers with financial savings, announced that it completed a NOK 3.5M ($409k) investment raise.

The money was secured via a 18 day crowdfunding campaign directly executed by the company. The campaign was backed by 409 investors which committed to NOK 3,474,700 during 18 days.

Spiff, founded in 2015 by Steve Mellbye-Stølen and Carl-Nicolai Wessmann, built a mobile application making financial savings simple and social for consumers. The app is currently available only in Norway, having around 12000 users.

Prior to this round, Spiff raised a little more than $3M.
