Spirii secures capital funding in a deal backed by Nordic Alpha Partners.

Spirii, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based developer of EV charging solutions, announced that it completed a capital funding round worth DKK 70 million ($11.2M).

The deal was made with the local investment company from Denmark's Nordic Alpha Partners.

Spirii, founded in 2019 by CEO Torben and Tore Harritshøj, provides e-mobility charging solutions to customers including businesses, municipalities and housing associations. The company previously raised money from Aura Energi, a local energy company from Denmark.
