Stark Group to acquire Sjakk A/S

STARK Danmark A / S, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based retailer and distributor of building materials, announced that it has entered into an agreement to take over activities in Sjakk A / S.

The deal, which has financial specifics undisclosed, involves that employees and selected assets become part of Stark Denmark.

Sjakk was established in 2017 by Michael Thorup Mortensen and Mads Walter Kloster by acquiring the Six Wooden Cargo Brothers. The company operates businesses in Hedensted, Give, Egtved and Ejstrupholm and employs approx. 80 employees.
