Strands Grafiska was acquired by the Brover Group.

Strands Grafiska, a Örebro (Lindesberg), Sweden-based complete supplier of graphic products and services, announced getting into an agreement to be acquired by the Brover Group.

Financial details were not disclosed. The transaction was made for 100% of the shares and Strand's former owners, Thomas Strand and Mikael Strand, will continue to work in the company.

The new CEO of Strands Grafiska will be Martin Ghaoui, a former Marketing Manager and part of the management group at the printing chain JustNu.

Brover Group, led by its founder Peter Veres, is a Borås, Sweden-based holding company active in the graphic industry vertical.

Strands Grafiska, founded in 1932, is a supplier in the graphic industry with one of Sweden's most modern offset productions. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 50M ($5.3M) and has 30 employees.
