Studitemps secures €9.2M from Iris Capital, HV Capital and Xange

Studitemps, a Cologne, Germany-based HR company, announced that it received a €9.2 million ($11M) capital increase.

The money was raised from existing shareholders including Iris Capital, HV Capital and Xange.

Proceeds will allow the company to further digitalize its services and launch new tech features, including an AI-powered automated job matching platform and further optimization of the Deep Tech HR technology

Studitemps, founded in 2008 by Andreas Wels and Benjamin Roosm and led by CEO Eckhard Köhn, operates a digital platform for for helping students and graduates in Germany find flexible work. The company says that it was an employer for up to 10,000 students every month in 2020, providing them with jobs and supporting companies in areas such as logistics, pharmaceuticals or social care. It produced €94.7 million ($113.5M) in revenue in 2020.
