Studytube closed a $30 million Series B investment round led by Energy Impact Partners and Verdane Capital.

Studytube, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based operating a business based on an all-in-one learning platform, raised $30 million in series B funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by Energy Impact Partners (EIP) and existing investor Verdane Capital.

Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of Springest, a European training-booking marketplace.

Studytube, founded in 2010 by Homam Karimi (CEO) and Gerhard Riphagen, built a SAAS learning marketplace platform designed to fully facilitate the development of employees as well as inspire them. The company both sells the SAAS and functions as a training intermediary as well, as it offers an inspiring search environment for (online) training, skill development and other educational offerings. Studytube has automated the entire procurement process and says it handles business for over 300 mid-size to large enterprises across various industries, supported by 180 employees out of Germany, Belgium, the Nordics, and the UK.

Studytube previously raised $11.4 million from Verdane Capital in 2020
