Swedish cashback site Refunder raises SEK 37M from eEquity and Bonnier Growth Media.

Refunder, a cashback website from Sweden, raised SEK 37M ($4M) in fresh equity funding. The backers include existing investor Bonnier as well as VC company eEquity.

Following the transaction, Bonnier Growth Media has increased its investment in the company to 49%.

Refunder is a cashback website, whereas people buying through it get a percentage of their purchases back. At the same time, the company lives through affiliates, as e-merchants pay a fee to Refunder each time a transaction is carried out via the website.

Prior to this investment, Refunder raised another round from Bonnier Growth Media in 2014.
