Taimer was acquired by Heeros

Taimer, a Jyväskylä, Finland based company providing innovative CRM and business management solutions, announced that it was acquired by the local company Heeros.

The deal was made in a share transaction for a total value of €5.1 million ($5.8M).

Taimer, founded 2013 by Eero Saarinen and led by CEO Tero Alanen, develped a CRM cloud-based software solutions providing features such as project management, invoicing, time tracking, collaboration, and built-in business intelligence reporting systems. The company previously raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Trind VC and included funding from TAO Ventures (Australia), and FiBAN (Finnish Business Angels Network)
