Templafy closed a $25 million Series C funding round led by Insight Partners

Templafy, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SAAS developer of template document creation and automation, announced the close of a $25 million Series C funding round.

The funding round was led by the American venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners and included participation from Dawn Capital, Seed Capital and Damgaard Company.

Templafy, founded in 2014 and led by CEO Jesper Theill Eriksen, developed an enterprise cloud service solution helping big companies with template management and document automation. In 2019, the company claims to more than have doubled its revenue and as it sold over 2 million Templafy licenses worldwide.

Prior to this round, the company raised about $37M in outside capital.
