Tequity Cluster is a new hub for technology-based growth companies in the Trondheim region.

Tequity Cluster, based in Trondheim, Norway, is a newly founded organization focusing on increasing the value creation from technology based growth companies in the Trondheim region.

The organisation, led by Chairman of the board Herbjørn Skjervold, aims to contribute to increased deal flow, both in number and in quality, more coinvestments and increased access to risk capital.  Tequity Cluster has 55 members, including investment companies, investors, technology companies and other players in the ecosystem for commercialization of technology

Tequity Cluster has gained the status of cluster and thus significant public support from the Norwegian Innovation Cluster cluster program, which is a collaboration between the Norwegian Research Council, Siva and Innovation Norway. That means that the cluster has secured funding for a three year period.
