Top management consulting firm McKinsey acquires Swedish design company VeryDay

McKinsey & Company is one of the most respected player in the management consulting business. VeryDay, founded in 1969, is a 100-people design firm with offices in Stockholm, New York, London, Singapore and Dubai.

The terms of the deal remain undisclosed. It should be noted though that this is not the first design agency acquisition made by McKinsey - in 2015, the company acquired Lunar, one of Silicon Valley's oldest design firms.
