Travel Perk announced closing Series D equity round in a $160M debt and equity deal.

TravelPerk, a Barcelona, Spain-based travel company, announced the completion of an equity series D funding round.

The deal is part of a larger, $160 million financing agreement, including debt and equity and led by London-based growth equity firm Greyhound Capital. Existing shareholders DST, Kinnevik, Target Global, Felix Capital, Spark Capital, Heartcore, LocalGlobe and Amplo were also contributors to the equity raised.

TravelPerk, founded in 2015 and led by Avi Meir, CEO, provides a business travel platform for travelers to compare, book and invoice trains, cars, flights, hotels and apartments from a range of providers including Kayak, Skyscanner, Expedia, Booking.com, and Airbnb and companies to stay in control via management features, 24/7 customer support, technology and consumer-grade design.

Travel Perk previously raised $164 in two tranches, one in 2018 and the other in 2019, out of a total of almost $300M since the company was founded.
