Trialbee raises a €11 million investment round backed by MTIP, Industrifonden and Briban Invest

Trialbee, a Malmö, Sweden-based technology provider for patient matching and engagement in clinical trials, completed a €11 million ($12M) investment round.

The funding was provided by strategic investor MTIP, and included participation from existing investors Industrifonden and Briban Invest.

The proceeds will be used to further accelerate the company’s business growth and improve the company's technology platform

Trialbee, founded in 2010 by Tobias Folkesson, developed a global patient recruitment and engagement company with integrated patient matching from claims data, electronic health records and digital outreach to the general public. These expanded capabilities enable Trialbee to provide additional services such as the assessment of patient feasibility, principal investigator identification and support for observational research.

To date, including this MTIP round, Trialbee raised €25 million.
