Tricent raised €3 million from multiple angel investors from Denmark.

Tricent, a Copenhagen (Frederiksberg), Denmark-based developer of compliant SAAS for managing document sharing by end users, announced getting into a capital raise round closed at €3 million ().

The money was raised locally from a number of 40 Danish investors and will help prepare the company for a series A investment round in the spring of next year.

Tricent, spunoff in 2018 from Apps People by CEO Finn Krusholm, is a software company developing a full-scale compliance solution built for managing document sharing by end users. The company previously raised $2.6 million in the first part of 2021.
