Troy raised money from Hannover Digital Investments and existing investors

troy, a Lippstad, Germany-based company that specializes in customer-friendly debt collection, announced securing a capital funding round.

The money was raised from Hannover Digital Investments GmbH, the venture capital company of insurance group HDI GROUP, and included contribution from existing investors including eCAPITAL Entrepreneurial Partners AG, High-Tech Gründerfonds and Avala Capital, as well as business angels Tamaz Georgadze, Frank Freund and Michael Stephan (all three founders of Raisin).

troy, founded in 2017 by Philip Rürup (CEO) and Till Völzke, does debt collection by using  tools and methods from marketing and CRM combined with data and machine learning.  troy’s services are aimed primarily at large companies and are currently available for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. troy offices in Hamburg, Lippstadt and Lemmer, Netherlands.
