Uniconta secured a capital injection of DKK 60 million.

Uniconta, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company developing and selling a cloud-based ERP solution, announced that it completed a DKK 60M ($8.6M) capital investment round.

Following the transaction, the company will be owned by MP Pension, and Erik Damgaard, Per Pedersen, Jørn Rejndrup. The money will be used to help accelerate domestic and international growth.

Uniconta, founded in 2016 by Erik Damgaard, is a software-as-a-service ERP system in the cloud. The company behind the software – New Online Systems – managed to recruit more than one hundred new resellers in less than six months.
