Unikie Oy merges with Mystes Oy

Unikie Oy, a Tampere, Finland-based company providing on-demand software services, announced that it merged its operations with its local competitor, Mystes Oy

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The aim is to form the fastest-growing software development house in Finland . After the acquisition, Unikie employs more than 100 software experts, but it is aiming even further with the growth.

Unikie was founded in 2015 by five partners and is led by CEO Esko Mertsalmi.
