Usercentrics, a Munich, Germany-based SAAS company developing consent management solutions, announced securing €17 million ($20.6 million) in a Series B financing round.

The money was raised from investors led by the growth equity investor Full In Partners and included contributions from existing investors Alstin Capital, Reimann Investors, and Cavalry Ventures.

Usercentrics, founded in 2017 by CEO Mischa Rürup, built a Consent Management Platform (CMP) that enables companies to collect, manage, and document user consent on all digital channels such as websites or apps - while optimizing for higher opt-in rates. In this way, compliance with current and future international data protection regulations such as the GDPR, and CCPA can be ensured and aligned with marketing and data strategy.
