Validio secured SEK 12.5M from J12 Ventures, DHS Venture Partners and angel investors from Sweden.

Validio, a Stockholm, Sweden-based SaaS developer, announced that it raised the capital with SEK 12.5M ($1.4M).

The money was provided by investors from Sweden, led by J12 Ventures and including contributions from DHS Venture Partners and angel investors from Sweden Sven Hagströmer, Jakob Svärdström, Per Hallius, Mattias Miksche, Fredrik Uhrström.

Validio, founded in 2017 by Urban Eriksson, Emmanuel Chappat and CEO Patrik Liu Tran, developed a cloud-based solution for enterprise customers for real-time validation, monitoring and cleaning of big data. The Validio platform aims at directly eliminating bad data through monitoring, validation and cleaning of data in real time streams and batches.

Prior to this round, Validio raised an angel investment via a convertible note backed by Jakob Svärdström and Filip Stenholm.
