Veed in a $35 million series A round backed by Sequoia Capital.
Veed, a London, UK-based software startup developing a video editing tool, announced completing a $35 million series A funding round.
The money was raised from the American investors from Sequoia Capital, which contributed with the entire amount.
Veed, founded in 2017 by CEO Sabba Keynejad and Timur Mamedov, developed an online video editor designed to make producing short-form video content simple. The company operates under a freemium model, says it has 1 million users and annual recurring revenues of $7 million.
