Vertiseit purchases DISE, consoldiates position in the software provider in the Digital Signage industry.

Vertiseit, a Varberg and Stockholm, Sweden-based company provdiding software for the digital signage industry announced the acquisition of DISE International AB on June 22, 2017.

DISE, a Swedish company founded in 2003 by Fredrik Bergström and Tobias Ekmark, is also a global software provider in the Digital Signage industry, with partner resellers in over 30 countries.

The company works with customers including Lamborghini, The Absolut Company and Johnson & Johnson.

DISE will continue to operate as an independent company, through resellers globally. , both co-founders of DISE, will continue as employees at the company.

The financial details of the transaction has not been disclosed.
