ViCentra closed a €10M capital round led by Invest-NL
ViCentra, a Utrecht, Netherlands-based company developing an insulin pump therapy, closed a €10M ($11M) capital round.
The money was raised from investors led by Invest-NL, with participation from existing investors INKEF Capital, LSP, Health Innovations and Kreos Capital.
Proceeds will be used to help the company scale their production capacity, commercialize their products in the Netherlands, UK, Germany and France, and progress on their own product pipeline.
ViCentra, founded in 2013 and led by Frans Cromme, CEO, is the maker of Kaleido, an insulin pump therapy which consists of two rechargeable pumps and one handset for people with diabetes to control their health.
