Viddget secured SEK 7.1M from Gullspång Invest and Wellstreet for a video customer service.

Viddget, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a SAAS video solution for online customer service, announced raising a SEK 7.1M ($810k) investement.

The money is provided by Swedish venture companies Wellstreet and Gullspång Invest.

Viddget, founded in 2018 by JP Lyttinen and Magnus Sjögren, developed an interactive video chat for online customer service. The solution is built on top of Google's tech and consists of a chat box that allows visitors to talk to a human employee on the other side of the screen - instead of an automated robot.

Viddget sells its product to companies targeting consumers online from verticals such as banking, telecom, e-commerce and the travel industry and is already working with clients including Piraeus Bank, Vodafone, T-Mobile and Trivago.
