Vincit, a FInland and USA-based software and design public company, announced the acquisition of XTOPOLY, an interactive agency based in the United States. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

Vincit, founded in 2007 and led by CEO Tomi Pienimäki, is a software development and design company with 320 employees in offices based in FInland and USA. The company is listed at Nasdaq OMX First North market.

Xtopoly, founded in 2008 and led by co-founder Naushad Huda, is a privately held full-service Digital Agency that blends technology and creativity to produce memorable digital experiences across all connected screens. The company has designed multi-award winning customer experiences for some of the world’s largest brands including Yamaha Watercrafts and Kellogg’s.
