Wellnet was acquired by Söderberg & Partners.

Wellnet, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating a platform providing health benefits to corporate clients, announced getting into an agreement with Söderberg & Partners.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made for the entire control of the company and Wellnet will continue to operate under its existing brand. In connection with the transaction, Wellnet's CEO Ewa Skiöldebrand is appointed responsible for Söderberg & Partner's new concept S&P Health.

Wellnet, founded in 2005 and led by Ewa Skiöldebrand, developed a platform for providing health and wellness packages to corporate clients. The platform provides access to more than 20,000 services from Swedish health and wellness providers.

Wellnet is a profitable company, with a 2018 turnover of SEK 73M ($7.7M).
