Whossa to raise SEK 15 million in capital funding.

Whossa, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup developing an ad-based entertainment product, completed a capital raise of SEK 15M ($1.7M).

The name of the investors were not disclosed, and, according to the Swedish media, proceeds will be used to making the product available in Spain and Germany.

Whossa, founded in 2019 by CEO Fredrik Östergren, developed an ad-based game which has been played by 20,000 users and backed by advertisers including Elskling, Insplanet, Sängjätten and Live Nation. At the end of 2019, Whossa secured SEK 3.5M.
