Winningtemp completed a $3.7M investment round from Chalmers Ventures, Almi Invest and Norrsken Foundation.
Winningtemp, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based company developing a software solution for corporate development, announced in a press release securing SEK 33M ($3.7M) in capital investment.
The money was provided by a range of Swedish investors, including Norrsken Foundation, Chalmers Ventures and Almi Invest, and will be invested to strengthen product development, recruit new employees and expand internationally.
Winningtemp, founded in 2014 by CEO Pierre Lindmark and Mathias Hansson, developed a software solution that aims to measure and improve the morale of employees in an organization, and reduce the number of sick leaves. The solution is based on various research-based questionaires for employees, collected anonymosly and then suggesting improvement measures.
The company has 20 employees, supporting customers in several different industries, such as CEVT, PriceSpy and Elite Hotels. In 2017, Winningtemp had sales of SEK 2.5M and expects SEK 55M for 2019.
Prior to this round, Winningtemp raised 3 million SEK in seed money from investors including Chalmers Ventures and angel Alexander Hars.
