Xertified in a SEk 40 million funding round.

Xertified, a Stockholm, Sweden developer of security IoT solutions, raised SEK 40 million ($4.3M) in an equity round.

The money was raised locally from Sweden, from MW Group, Combient and angel investor Martin Lundstedt.

Xertified, founded in 2019 by CEO Martin Eriksson, builds its own products, both hardware and software, for providing security solutions. The products are marketed under the XoT technology brand, sold both directly and under a license model.

Xertified previously raised SEK 10M from Karolina Ventures and other investors from Sweden back in 2020.
