Yellow Brand Protection was acquired by the Americans from Corsearch.

Yellow Brand Protection AB, a Varden, Sweden-based global provider of online anti-counterfeiting and brand protection services, announced that it was acquired by Corsearch Inc., a US-based global leader in trademark and domain solutions.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Yellow Brand Protection, founded in 2010 and led by CEO Daniel Bennett. is a leading global provider of online anti-counterfeiting and brand protection servicesas it provides brands with resources to prevent counterfeit product sales, revenue loss and reputational damage anywhere online.

The company developed ZERO, a tech product that seeks to identify and combat IP-infringing content found anywhere in the world, online. The tech uses data clustering capability in order to make sense of vast data streams and prioritizes major threats to valuable brands around the world. Yellow Brand Protection operates from offices across Europe, USA and China.
