Yepzon adds $1M in funding from NFT Ventures and other investors.

Yepzon, a Tampere, Finland-based company providing GPS-based trackers for consumers, secured €940k ($1M) in capital investment.

The money was raised on an equity crowdfunding campaign on Invesdor closed on July 2018 from 635 investors at a pre-money valuation of almost €12.6M. One of the investors is the Swedish NFT Ventures, Bonnier's investment company, which contributed with €200k.

Yepzon, founded in 204 by Otto Linna (CEO), Minna Linna, Jani Hätönen, Mikko Kuitunen, Olli Gestranius and Antti Nieminen, is a developer of positioning technologies and safety services. The company is planning to launching a leading 5G platform specifically for B2B and estimates to reach revenues of €5.4M ($6.2M) in 2019.

Prior to this deal, the company raised almost $8M in capital funding.
