Youple raised SEK 5M in seed money for a crowdfunding tool for home acquisitions.

Youple, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup providing a crowdfunding solution for home purchases, has raised SEK 5M ($570k) in seed money. The backers include Svea Ekonomi and private investor Lennart Francke.

Youple, founded in 2014 by Diviesh Vithlani, has developed a financial solution aimed at young people who are buying their first home but do not have the money for the down payment. For that, the company provides a platform that acts as an middle man bewteen willing investors to share the risks with the home buyers.
