Youple to raise SEK 30 million from Neptunia Invest, Philian, Svea Ekonomi and RoosGruppen.

Youple, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup providing a crowdfunding solution for home purchases, announced the completion of a SEK 30 million ($3.3M) in capital funding.

The money was raised from private investors from Sweden, including Neptunia Invest, Philian, Svea Ekonomi and RoosGruppen.

Youple, founded in 2014 by CEO Diviesh Vithlani, has developed a financial solution aimed at young people who are buying their first home but do not have the money for the down payment. For that, the company provides a platform that acts as an middle man between willing investors to share the risks with the home buyers. Their model complements the traditional mortgage and equity, and includes equity and debt financing. Youple plans to launch its offer First Housing Package during the first half of 2022.
