YourPay secured $3.4M in fresh capital from Artha Kapitalforvaltning.

YourPay, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing mobile financial processing services, secured DKK 22M ($3.4M) in capital investment.

The round was supported by new and existing investors, including the Danish investment company Artha Kapitalforvaltning (which put in 10 million crowns) and Nordica Private Equity, and money will be used to support the company's growth ambitions.

YourPay, founded in 2013 and led by CEO Mathias Gajhede, developed a payment gateway and acquiring services for e-commerce and POS for B2B.
