Zefir scores €4M from Stride, Heartcore, Kima Ventures and angel investors.
Zefir, a Lille, France-based real estate startup, announced the completion of a €4M ($4.8M) capital funding round.
The money was raised from investors including Heartcore, Stride, Kima Ventures and French financier Xavier Niel.
Zefir, founded as Vesta in 2020 by Louis Lambert and Remy Fabre, is building a real estate business as it aims to make the home-selling simpler and faster by taking the risk themselves. They do this by directly acquiring the property, in exchange for a transparent 8% service charge.
The company says it already acquired 20 properties in Lille with this model and intends to use the funding to keep the property purchasing process at a pace of one per day by the end of 2021.
