Zinklar to get €1 million from Caixa Capital Risc, Inveready and Sabadell Venture Capital
Zinklar, a Barcelona, Spain-based software provider for market research, has closed a round of € 1 million ($1.1M).
The money was made through a capital increase led by venture capital companies Caixa Capital Risc, Inveready and Sabadell Venture Capital, already shareholders in the company.
The proceeds will be used to accelerate its international expansion, strengthen the commercial strategy and improve the service.
Zinklad, founded in 205 as Snappy by Borja Ormaechea and Jordi Ferrer, developed a subscription software platform used for market research.
This is the third round that the company closes. In 2016, it secured €300,000 from Inveready and the following year €1.3 million from Caixa Capital Risc and Sabadell Venture Capital, in the first joint investment of the two funds.
