Sting was founded in 2002 and is today the leadling Nordic ecosystem for techstartups. The startups accepted to Sting’s programs are coached by some of Sweden’s leading entrepreneurs and former venture capitalists. The companies can get up to 500,000 SEK in seed funding from Sting’s investment company Propel Capital, free office space at A house, recruitment support as well as access to Sting’s international network.

Since 2002, Sting has worked with over 240 companies (year end 2017), 70 percent of which are still active and growing. The Sting companies have attracted close to 450 million euro in private capital over the years.
