3DBear adds $1,5M in funding from Learn Capital and Rethink Education.
3DBear, a Helsinki, Finland-based company providing educational services with the use of 3D Design in Augmented Reality, announced closing a $1.5M investment round.
The money is provided by US-based venture capital firms LearnStart, part of Learn Capital, and earlier investor Rethink Education.
3DBear, founded in 2016 by CEO Kristo Lehtonen, developed 3DBear AR, a tablet application acting as a gamified learning application as it allows users to implement virtual 3D models in a real living environment.
Prior to this deal, the company raised $1.3M in outside capital, mostly from angel investors based in Finland.
