Add Health Media purchases Three Doctors for its platform, Praktisk Medicin

Three Doctors AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company managing PraktiskMedicin.se, a digital platform for decision support for doctors, announced getting into an agreement to sell the company to Add Health Media AB (AHM).

The deal was made SEK 5M (%570k) accounting for 100% of the shares in the company.

Praktisk Medicin, managed by Pernilla Bloom, is one of the largest decision support for care in Sweden, with decision support for nearly 1,000 diagnoses and the website has 250,000 visits per month. The largest number of visitors comes from the county council's servers and then the major private caregivers.

With the acquisition of Three Doctors, AHM receives the rights to Practical Medicine worldwide except Denmark, Poland and Greece, where other players purchased the rights earlier.
