Addpro gets Adelis as a new majority shareholder on board.

AddPro, a Malmö, Sweden-based cloud integrator, announced entering into an agreement with Adelis Equity for it becoming the main investor in the company.

Adelis acquires just over half of the shares in AddPro to become the majority owner, while the founders and management will continue to own a large part of the company.

Addpro's founders acquired the business through an MBO in 2015 and developed very strongly to one of Sweden's leading application and cloud integrator and IT outsourcing partner. The Adelis deal is a next strategic step and strengthens the current ownership structure in order to continue developing the business and further accelerate growth.

AddPro, founded in 2001 by Nicklas Persson (CEO), Robert Hansson, Magnus Norling and Klas Ljunggren, is one of the main application and cloud integrators in Sweden, providing a combination of top-ranked consultants, strategic suppliers, selected cloud services, private data centers and 24×7 manned service desk operations.

The operation, employing 200 people, is expected to grow by over 70% for the past 3 years.
