Adelis acquires Nordomatic

Nordomatic AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based independent provider of energy-efficient smart building solutions to property owners and general contractors, announced that private equity company Adelis Equity has acquired a majority stake in the company from the existing owners.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made through Adelis Equity Partners Fund I and its closing is subject to anti-trust clearance and expected at the end of March 2016.

Nordomatic will continue to operate independently and execute on the strategic plan for 2020 as decided by the board. Chairman of the board Torbjörn Torell and CEO Olov Schagerlund will continue in their respective roles.

Nordomatic has offices in Stockholm, Solna, Södertälje, Linköping, Norrköping, Jönköping, Kalmar, Växjö, Borås, Göteborg and Malmö. Nordomatic has 175 employees and revenue of SEK 330m.
