Airtame, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company manufacturing and selling wireless HDMI devices, closed a DKK 5M ($800k) investment round. The backers remain undisclosed and the deal values the company at a DKK 150M ($24M).

Airtame, founded in 2013 by Attila Sukosd, Brian Kyed, Jonas Gyalokay (CEO), Marius Klausen, Peter Ørntoft, developed a small wireless HDMI device that plugs into the HDMI port of any screen or projector and, via a mobile app, streams content to the screen from any major computer platform, tablet, or smartphone.

Airtame has raised a little more than $2M in equity funding from local investors including Innovationsfonden, Scale Capital, SEED Capital and Tommy Andersen.
