Aller Leisure A / S acquired Zen Luxury Travels.

Aller Leisure, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based travel holding group, announced the acquisition of a travel ageny also based in Copenahgen, Zen Luxury Travels.

The financial details of the deal remained undisclosed. The deal was made with existing shareholders Martin Bonde Mogensen and Zennie Bonde Mogensen, who also operated the business.

Zen Luxury Travels continues with the same name and staff and is organized under Nyhavn Rejser A / S at its address.

Zen Luxury Travels was started by Zennie and Martin Bonde Mogensen in 2010, when the first Ayurvedic retreats were established in Sri Lanka focusing on individually tailored diets, body treatments, daily yoga, meditation, breathing and mindfulness built around the 5,000 year old Indian healthcare system .
