Ally in a SEK 18.5 million investment deal backed by Brightly Ventures and Almi Invest.

Ally, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating a digital platform for doing at home doctor appointments, announced that it secured a capital funding round of SEK 18.5M ($2.1M).

The money was raised from investors from Sweden, including Brightly Ventures and Palmstierna Invest. State agency Almi Invest also contrinuted to the equity round with 4 million.

The money will be used to grow the existing business, expand to new cities and launch more services.

Ally, founded in 2018 by CEO Alexander Åström and Karoline Malmberg, aimto digitalize and simplify the doctor visit by offering house calls on demand. The platform is based on a mobile app for private individuals and a booking system for the health centers. Through them, you can book a home visit from one of the around 50 doctors and nurses who are connected to Ally today.

Ally previously raised around $600k from the British investor Truesight Ventures and the local reseacrh company from Stockholm Quantify Research.
