Amesto acquires NextBridge Analytics.

Amesto, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing financial and IT services, announced in a press release that it became the majority owner in NextBridge Analytics.

FInancial details of the deal were not undisclosed.

Amesto, already a shareholder, will increase its ownership holding to 50.1%. NextBridge Analytics, led by Lars Rinnan, was part of Amesto's intrapreneurship program since 2016.

Amesto Solutions, led by CEO Jan Erik Kaasa, is a supplier of enterprise systems and provider of digital system solutions, project management, consulting, BI & Analytics and IT. The company has 300 employees and expcts sales of NOK 500M ($60M) for 2018.
